When will I receive my first envelope?
>> Your first envelope ships on the next monthly dispatch date. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's on its way.
Can I gift a subscription to someone?
>> Yes! A gifted membership option
Will I receive the same items as other subscribers?
>> Every subscriber receives the same curated envelope that month.
What if I move address?
>> Update your shipping address in your account before the 1st of the month.
Can I catch up on previous prints?
>> A back catalogue shop is coming soon. Shipping All envelopes ship once a month from Spain. Orders placed before the 1st of the month ship that same month. Orders placed after the 1st ship the following month. Estimated delivery times: Spain — 3 to 5 business days, Europe — 7 to 14 business days, Rest of the world — 14 to 21 business days.
Shipping
>> Shipping is a flat rate added at checkout. Tracking is not always available for standard letter mail — please allow extra time before reaching out.
Returns& Cancellations
>> You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard — no questions asked. Cancellations made before the 1st of the month will take effect that same month. Cancellations after the 1st will take effect the following month. Due to the handmade and personalized nature of each envelope, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an envelope has been shipped.
